How to change the default CRS (projection) setting?

To change the default CRS setting, 

Open QGIS, then...

1.  Click on “Setting” menu and click “Options”

2. In the options window, click on the CRS tab to see the Coordinate Reference System option

3. Tick the “Enable ‘on the fly’ projection by default” so that data layers with different CRSs can be displayed together automatically when added to the QGIS project

4. Tick the “Use a default CRS”

5. And then, click OK
